At your first session, share your token code. Once confirmed, the start date is recorded. Retainer engagements run for 6 months from the first session date. We visualize data flows, constraints, and architecture, making the reasoning behind each design decision explicit. By articulating “why this was chosen,” we enable future re-evaluation. Sessions continue at twice per month. One-on-one or group, online or in person — your choice.
Tokens do not expire. You can start a session whenever you are ready after purchase. Tickets can be purchased anytime, in any quantity. When a term ends, simply activate your next token. Switching to spot is always an option. As constraints change, the shape of the relationship can be re-chosen too.
This is not a dismissal of the strengths that enterprises bring. Large organizations have depth of resources, redundancy, and accumulated governance that individuals cannot replicate. The point is that leveraging those strengths requires knowing what to ask. I work independently at times, and at other times collaborate with enterprises through partnerships.
