Product Owner for digital assets across energy, smart city, and financial sectors in Product & Solutions. Led power cost reduction accelerator, power supply forecasting solution, city OS platform, and banking microservices (first Japan localization of a global asset). Chief Engineer of DX Garage overseeing engineering organization, restructuring, and evaluation system design. SSDLC Champion managing security processes across all digital assets. Joined during a turnaround crisis with only 6 months of runway remaining. In-sourced all outsourced technology by personally mastering then decomposing and hiring for each domain. Built a 60–70 person domestic + ~20 person Vietnam offshore development organization. Origin Story
- Creating a "portable grave" for beloved dog Pearl (2007-2025) became the origin of proof of existence
- Moved to Urayasu after the 2011 Great East Japan Earthquake and served as HOA president
- Encountered "forgotten Japanese immigrant graves" in Lahaina, Maui, and began remains repatriation activities
- Advocates not just "reclaiming forgotten existence" but "systems to never be forgotten in the first place"
