NDL Newsletter Publishing Service

Turn your customers' voices into permanent records at the National Diet Library of Japan. Full-service newsletter publishing, application, and archival support.

Wedding vows, event memories, corporate records—
your customers' voices become permanent national archives

Service Overview

TokiStorage publishes newsletters as serial publications deposited with the National Diet Library (NDL) of Japan under the NDL Law (Articles 25 & 25-4). Receipt No. EA202602160140

This service opens our NDL publishing pipeline to anyone—wedding venues, event organizers, corporations, and individuals—enabling them to create their own branded newsletters deposited as permanent national records.

We create a dedicated "Special Feature Newsletter" series for each client. e.g., "Yamada Family Special Feature," "Hino Bridal Special Feature"— every TokiQR deposited becomes one issue in your series at the National Diet Library.

How This Differs from a Standard NDL Application

In principle, anyone can apply to deposit materials with the National Diet Library. So what does TokiStorage add?

Standard Self-Application Via TokiStorage
Content collection Manually gather manuscripts & photos TokiQR auto-collects voice, images & text
PDF production Layout and produce PDFs yourself Instantly generated as a TokiQR PDF
NDL application Fill out forms and submit yourself Full application proxy (zero paperwork)
Ongoing publishing Repeat manual work for every issue Check "deposit" and it's instantly published
Public archive Host it yourself Permanent hosting on GitHub Pages
The key is TokiQR. Share a QR code, and participants' voices are automatically collected, turned into newsletter content, and delivered to the National Diet Library. This end-to-end pipeline exists only at TokiStorage.

Use Cases

Weddings

Wedding venues and hotels hand out TokiQR codes at ceremonies. Record the voices of newlyweds and guests, check "deposit," and each one is published as a serial issue at the National Diet Library. "Your wedding vows become a national record"—an experience no one else can offer.

Corporate & Organizations

Founding anniversaries, employee voices, event recordings—all preserved as newsletter publications in the national archive. Ideal for CSR activities or as part of your corporate history.

Family & Lineage

Family traditions, ancestral voices, genealogies—records passed down through generations, preserved as newsletters in the National Diet Library. Oral traditions and family lore fade with time, but once deposited as a national record, your lineage and legacy are protected by institutional permanence.
